Purchased 2 recliners and coffee table about 6-8 months ago. Paint on coffee table is coming off. Still paying on these items. Can hardly wait to see what happens to the recliners. I am sure by the time I pay all this crap off I will have to be purchasing other furniture - from another stores, of course. Have yet to figure out how to post this on yelp.

I purchased a recliner the left side of the arm started leaning called the store they sent over a msn who told me it’s not covered by the Warrenty the whole couch is covered but not the part that you need, how can that be very disappointed in this company inexcusable going to go to the store never would I buy another piece of furniture from them

I payed 59$ for del. my window came and gone !!!!!! NO call on our 2 phones to let us know they could not come on time !!!!!We needed to get something very important ,Now we cant we now have to wait from 2:30 to 5:00 !!!!!!!!!When we been waiting from 11-2:30 when OUR TIME LOT WAS !!!! Never buy at kanes

I spent so much money at Kanes. I had an issue with 3 chairs about $80 a chair. Its not the money. Its the principle about the items they sell. And provide horrible customer service. Destiny who is supposed to be in charge of customer provided no customer service. She has no idea of how to resolve issues or keep a customer happy. I am so upset and furious and dont want anyone else to go through this aggravation

The dining table I bought from you most of the chaires brook down

I am still waiting for the call from kanes furniture because one of the chaires not fixed. the agent who came said is brook, and he told not to used and I have to wait for the company's call.

Ripoff store

I bought a sectional about 2 years ago. I was reassured that it wouldn't crack or peel but unfortunately two years later that was a lie. The salesman offered me 7 years warranty and I asked him will it cover the crack and peeling he said no however it shouldn't have that problem because it's made of polyester. When I noticed it peeling I contact the Clearwater store where I purchased it. I asked for manager she told me there's nothing they can do and offered me a name of a guy that can fix it and that I will be responsible for the cost. I'm just so puzzled because you guys so you stand behind your furniture that's false and it's a sneaky tactics to get people to buy your furniture. Didn't get no satisfaction with your manager at the Clearwater store. I called your Pinellas Park to see if they can help me out with the problem they were useless also. The lady I spoke to tell me there's nothing she can do also. She gave me the run-around how to make a Sim pictures knowing that she couldn't do anything! Well it might be my lost but you have lost my business and friends and family. I really thought you guys were reputable store and I will be contacting your Regional store to let them know this it's a shame people spend big money in your store not the first time I've bought furniture but it will be my last! Very angry customer and very unsatisfied!

We bought a recliner after sitting in the perfect showroom floor model. After getting the showroom floor copy home. About 50% of quality was missing. Back to the store, floor model was better.

Long story short we could not get any satisfaction. The showroom floor model hand 50% more quality than the one we took home. The chairs look alike but there was a big difference when you said in them.

The warranty is a big LIE!

The worst customer service ever!

We furnished our house from them last year and we purchased an warranty on every single piece and this warranty is supposed to cover anything for 3 years especially if it’s a defect of manufacture!

We called their customer service on August 17 to inform them that the sectional living room started to be very uncomfortable, it became sagging and sinking in some place and bumpy in other place.

They sent us an inspector a week after and he took pictures and he admitted that it’s something we are not responsible of which is the spring coil is very bad and in such a case Kane’s has to exchange it with something else since it’s still in the 3 years warranty. We got a call back today from Kane’s and they refused to exchange with something else saying that the warranty applies only on wood!!!!

It’s really ridiculous!!

I have problem in my back, scoliosis, herniated desk and a sciatica, so I started to avoid sitting on it at all as i noticed that it really increases my pain every time I sit on it, I went to my chiropractor and had some X-rays showing that my scoliosis curve is increased and I’m sure it’s because of this sofa.

My chiropractor advised me to avoid sitting or laying down on a sagging or bumpy cushions! So now, I either have the choice to threw it away or keep grab a comfy chair to sit on it!!!

If needed, I’ll post picture of my X-ray and the sagging sofa, the invoice and the warranty.

And I’ll advice everyone to deal with Kane’s and if someone has to buy something from them then to do not get fooled and buy the extra warranty as it’s a big LIE!

Really disappointed and not recommended at all!

WORST EXPERIENCE IN AMERICA

I have brand new furniture that, wall unit and a bed that is completely unused, delivered barely 12 days ago.... and I’m being told there’s no return policy ? In America ? I went into a store and bought a rug that was shipped to me and I I can’t return it? Because if no return policy as I’m being told. This is the worst business - Kane’s furniture...... because what it is essentially is being told I do not have a right to change my mind less than two weeks after spending $5000+ . This is a shame

Bought a power,messaging, reclining sofa

Our sofa was delivered beginning of May, 2019. We noticed that on the middle section, there was a hard spot.

I called the following Monday, and explained what was going on.. The lady said someone would come out.

Service man came out and took pictures,said someone from Kane's will call me.Middle of May Destiny called and said they determined it was glue from the manufacturer, and they would have to order the middle section and have it delivered.

I waited and Middle of June( one month) later, I called to see what the progress was.. I spoke to Todd, he said that the part had been ordered, I explained it was not a part, but a full middle section.. He stated that is what the notes said I asked him how long..

Then he said it would be delivered by Fed-Ex.. I said again, it is the middle section of a sofa, someone from Kanes' would have to bring it and set it up..So now we are in July and still no word.. This is getting ridiculous..I would like to know the status.

This was paid for in full..If I was making payments. I guarantee something would be done quicker.

Please let us know what is going on.

Purchased London Cocktail Table at Kanes Lakeland Florida. This piece collapsed into pieces as you can see it in the pictures. There is no point in contacting this store as I had very bad experience with their management team handling customer complaint during my furniture delivery itself. I am posting this so that other customers planning on buying this furniture or any furniture at Kanes please please stay away from this store.
