Worst experience ever. Still no feedback.
So far five month!!! After three weeks, since I bought 'Old World China', I opened door and glass shelf with all stuff dropped on my feet. Reason - unappropriated installation by Kane's employees. They didn't adjustment this piece of furniture.
I got completely destroyed the beautiful china set for 6 person from Europe, crystal bowl (heirloom about 60 years old), deep scratches at floor and furniture and a other stuff were damaged. At least it cost me 1,000$. 3 month I spend for calls, emailing each other, waiting... eventually for nothing, they are denied the claim.
That is they reason: "the claim was denied.Per our claims department this was delivered 3 months ago and there is no way of knowing if items were moved or adjusted" Is that my hobby moving and adjusting furniture?
3 month ago? Just imagine the: little kid open this door....
