Purchased a $900.00 supposed leather power recliner couch in 2012. Obviously the sales person lied about couch being leather to make the sale. It started peeling a year ago and is now just garbage. Kane’s advised their LIFETIME warranty does not cover peeling or anything relating to the surface of the couch. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KANE’S AGAIN.

The issue was never resolved. I was never contacted by no one to ask me how this can be solved.

This is defenetely the worst company ever and that one that I had the worst experience.

Kanes Furniture in Naples, Florida - Misleasing sales process and horrible customer service

Beware! Don't buy from Kanes. Bought a living room set, which included sofa, loveseat, center table, and tv console. The sales guy misguided me, and sent the wrong center table. I was not able to return it, but rather received a store credit after lots of complaints. Less than 6 months from buying the sofa the electronic feature didn't work, and less than 1 1/2 year, the sofa was sinking in. Everytime you call it's an issue. They tend to blame each other for mispeaking, and like to make excuses. The tech guy that came the last time; threw the sofa on the floor (without care), things fell off the drawers and he didn't pick them up, really!!! Was supposed to get a call 2 days after his visit; did no receive it. Therefore, I called in, and the CS manager acted as if everything was fixed; even though, she was well aware of what needed to be corrected. Lifetime Warranty sucks...my sofa and loveseat alone were over $2,000, so I didn't buy cheap; therefore I expected better quality and service! I will NEVER buy from Kanes in the future.
