We have purchased furniture from Kane’s in the past and have been pleased but after 4 yrs. our rocker,recliner (Lazyboy) broke.

I brought the broken piece to the store and showed them along with our warranty. After two weeks, someone came to our home to look at it. He said he could fix it and ordered the part which came from Lazyboy.We are almost 6 weeks now and no part. I was told that over the holidays Lazyboy was shutdown and they are backed up.

I thought Lazyboy would have better service than this. It is quite an inconvenience for my husband because he really needs it to recline for his back. My experience with this situation sucks. Even if they offered a discount I might have purchased another chair but the girl at costumer service told me that this is not an option and I had no other choice than to wait.

This was not a cheap piece to us. It was almost a thousand dollar piece.

Not sure if I would do this again.. so disappointed!!!!

Reason of review: Delay in repairs service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
