Poor customer service and worthless warranties.They sold us a sectional that is falling apart after 4 years and fabric is peeling.

"thats not covered , only stains are covered" for $200 dollars more! receipt says 'lifetime warranty' not 'lifetime stain warranty'. Saleswoman Barbara said 'it covers everything, even if you break it we cover it' LIE !

Christine at corporate is worthless too, don't bother calling just beat yourself in the head, it'll be less stressful.

Ive seen better furniture at yard sales than what they sell.Don't buy here unless you want aggravation and junk furniture and wasting your money.

Monetary Loss: $3800.
